Kate Henshaw is currently reaping the benefits of hitting the gym regularly as she looks young, fit and dashing in a new photos recently shared on social media.
Kate Henshaw (born 19 July 1971) who is the winner of the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role has been working so hard exercising her body to burn the necessary fat.
She currently looks younger than her age with healthy looks as evident in other pictures collected from her social media page. Henshaw was born in Cross River State, the oldest of four children.
After completing her primary and secondary school in Lagos and Calabar, she spent one year at the University of Calabar reading remedial studies, and then majored in Medical Microbiology at the School of Medical Lab Science, LUTH (Lagos University Teaching Hospital) in Lagos.
Henshaw worked at the Bauchi State General hospital.
